The Centre was founded in 2000 by Latchman Narain, Ph.D (see below) in an effort to address a dire need in the Markham-Scarborough community considering that there are few counselling resources available to deal with problems stemming from the stresses and strains of everyday living.
Since its inception, The Centre has experienced rapid growth and we have extended its services to west Toronto in North York. Most clients have reported that they have benefited immensely from the Centre’s counselling approach which integrates both Eastern and Western treatment approaches.
